Ilusa Scout is an internal tool of Ilusa (ilusa.id). It helps a small team find organisations, read their public websites, review them, and write and send outreach emails. Only people the Ilusa team has allowed can sign in.
When you sign in with Google, Scout receives your name and email address, to know who you are and to attribute your work.
Scout also asks for permission to use your Gmail, and uses it only for these things:
gmail.compose). Scout saves the outreach email you approved as a draft in your Gmail, and sends it from your account only when you press Send or confirm the Outbox.gmail.metadata, optional, only if you press Allow on the Pipeline page). Scout reads only the From, Subject, Auto-Submitted and Precedence headers, to mark an email as replied or bounced. It never reads the body of any message, and it never reads email that Scout did not send.Scout's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove Scout's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, Scout can no longer use your Gmail, and you can ask us to delete the data stored about you.
Write to contact.ilusa@gmail.com to ask for your data to be deleted or if you have questions about this policy. We answer within a few working days.
If this policy changes, we update the date above, and tell the team before the change affects how Gmail data is used.
